Fr. Declan Gibson is a Roman Catholic priest and Director of the Most Holy Eucharist Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to renewing the Church through deeper devotion to Jesus Christ truly present in the Most Holy Eucharist.
Fr. Declan attributes his love for the Eucharist and his deep contemplative prayer life primarily to the prayerful witness of his parents and his family upbringing.
Ordained to the priesthood in 2016, Fr. Declan has devoted his ministry in a particular way to Eucharistic renewal, traveling extensively to lead parish missions, retreats, and days of reflection throughout the United States. His preaching and ministry emphasize Eucharistic Adoration, Confession, reverent liturgy, and a deeper interior life rooted in sacramental grace.
Prior to his ordination, Fr. Declan entered religious formation with the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal in New York, where he completed novitiate and early formation within a community known for its commitment to poverty, prayer, evangelization, and fidelity to the Church. This Franciscan formation deeply shaped his priestly spirituality.
Through the Most Holy Eucharist Foundation, Fr. Declan assists parishes in establishing and strengthening Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration, helping foster spiritual renewal, priestly vocations, and a renewed reverence for the Real Presence of Christ in the Eucharist. He also leads Ignatian and Divine Mercy retreats for both religious and lay faithful.
