All funds associated with this apostolate are held under the stewardship of a nominated parish church. Insurance coverage for the conference—including setup day(s) and the conference day itself—is arranged through a rider issued under the nominated parish church, which maintains and oversees all funds. This insurance exists to safeguard the parish church and the host facility. It must be clearly understood that such coverage does not, under any circumstances, impose or imply any duty of care, obligation, or legal responsibility upon the individual volunteers, committee members, or lay organizers of this apostolate for the safety, actions, or experiences of attendees. All attendees participate solely at their own risk and, by their participation, expressly agree to hold harmless the parish, the host facility, all volunteers, and the CCMC leadership committee from any and all liability.
