Conference Director, Connecticut Catholic Men’s Conference
Founder, Catholic Men’s Conference Day
Ken Santopietro has served as the Director of the Connecticut Catholic Men’s Conference since 2013, guiding its growth into one of the region’s most impactful Catholic gatherings for men of all ages. In 2020, he founded Catholic Men’s Conference Day, observed annually on October 17, to promote and unify awareness of men’s conferences across North America.
A lifelong Catholic and CPA by profession, Ken is known for his ability to bring together clergy, lay leaders, and organizations to help men deepen their relationship with Christ. He works tirelessly to ensure that each conference offers men not only a spiritual “booster shot,” but also fraternity, formation, and a renewed sense of mission.
Ken and his wife Lucy, married for more than 35 years, live in Thomaston, Connecticut. Lucy has been a faithful volunteer for the conference since its early days. Together, they witness to the strength of Catholic marriage and family life.
